I just want to issue you a sincere thank you for all of the wonderful work you have done this year. In our most recent wedding season, I had the pleasure of working with many of you. Your professionalism and flexibility to our needs, as well as to the needs of the bride and groom are always a great help. As you know, often we have multiple weddings taking place at one time on our property. It is always a comfort to me knowing that your team is going to be on time and ready ahead of time, and that if there are any sudden needs that arise, i.e. an extra champagne toast or a late call-to-dinner, I can ask your assistance in both announcing and entertaining the guests while the plans are changed.
One of the greatest things that I appreciate about working with Record Entertainment is the amount of information my staff is able to gather from our "pre-event" meetings the day of the event. Shortly after you arrive, I take time to go over my agenda with each DJ, and often we will find a few things that you, as the DJ, were planning on doing per the bride and grooms request. Many times these are things that were not on our initial agenda, and in turn we are able to let you know of things the couple has requested on our end. The communication that we have allows us to ensure that the bride and groom get exactly what they wanted on their wedding day.
